Where we ship

Worldwide.

What it costs

Orders of €50 or more ship free. Below that, shipping depends on the destination country and is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay — never a surprise at the end.

How long it takes

Delivery takes 10–12 business days unless the product page says otherwise. The clock starts the day after the contract is concluded — or, if you pay in advance, the day after your payment reaches us. If the last day lands on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it moves to the next business day.

Want it sooner? Add Priority Shipping in the cart and we move your order to the front of the queue.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your Alerty ships, where the carrier provides one. Tracking often stays quiet for the first 24–48 hours and can pause for several days while a parcel moves between countries — that's normal. If nothing has moved for 10 business days, email us and we'll chase it.

Customs and import duties

Deliveries inside the EU carry no extra charges. For deliveries outside the EU, including the USA, customs duties, import taxes and fees may apply. These are set by your country and paid by you, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

VAT

In accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown (small business regulation).

Wrong address, or nothing arrived

Spotted a mistake in your address? Email alertyshop@gmail.com as soon as you can and we'll fix it before dispatch. If your parcel goes missing in transit, we'll chase the carrier or send a replacement.
