Track your order

Your dispatch email contains a tracking number and a direct link — that's the quickest route.

Can't find the email?

• Check your spam and promotions folders.
• Search your inbox for “Alerty” or your order number.
• If you have an account, your orders are listed under your account.

Tracking isn't moving

Tracking usually stays quiet for the first 24–48 hours after dispatch, and can pause for several days while a parcel crosses borders. Delivery normally takes 10–12 business days in total, so a few silent days partway through is expected rather than a problem.

If nothing has updated for 10 business days, get in touch and we'll chase the carrier.

Still stuck?

Email your order number to alertyshop@gmail.com and we'll look it up for you. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
